Blue Water Express reopening Bali to Lombok and the Gilis
Blue Water Express are reopening a regular service between Bali and the Gili Islands from 16th May.
The Blue Water Express boat will depart Serangan at 09:00 arriving in Padang Bai at 10:00, Lombok Bangsal at 11:45, Gili Air at 12:10 and Gili Trawangan at 12:35. The return trip will depart from Gili Air at 12:25, Gili Trawangan at 12:50 and from Bangsal at 13:15 arriving in Padang Bai at 14:45 and back in Serangan harbour at 16:00.
Free shared hotel transfers are included from certain areas but note the difference for Serangan and Padang Bai ticket holders.
Serangan ticket holders: free air-conditioned hotel transfer to/from Denpasar, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Sanur, Canggu as far as Canggu Club and Nusa Dua.
Padang Bai ticket holders: free air-conditioned hotel transfer to/from Ubud Central, Padang Bai area, Candidasa and Sidemen
If you would like a private transfer or you are staying outside these areas then additional charges will apply, you can check these during the booking process when using the search box above. Alternatively we recomend simply using the Grab app to arrange cheap transfers. There are also plenty of taxis to use. If you still want to have a transfer arranged with Blue Water Express but your location is not available to choose from the list just fill in your hotel details during the booking process and you will receive a quote within 24 hrs.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy
Blue Water Express operate the following cancellations and refund policy: The full ticket price will be charged for any cancellation less than 48 hours prior to boat departure. Within a week, but outside 48hrs, you will receive a 50% refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges). Outside 8 Days, you will receive a full refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges).
In cases of unexpected illness etc., exceptions can be considered if doctor's notes/other proof can be provided. Contact Blue Water using their details found on your e-tickets. If you wish to change your travel dates, you can do so for free (subject to availability), up to 48hrs prior to departure. If you need to change your route or boat carrier entirely, please contact us direct for assistance, bearing in mind the above mentioned refund policy.
