- Sanur (Bali): Scoot Fast Cruises Counter at the New Sanur Harbor Terminal. This modern facility provides a comfortable waiting area before boarding.
- Nusa Lembongan: Scoot Office at Jungut Batu, located conveniently near the main landing beach.
- Gili Trawangan: Scoot Office located on the main beachfront road, close to the public harbor.
- Gili Air: Scoot counter located near the main harbor entrance.
- Lombok (Bangsal): Scoot representative office at the Bangsal Harbor entrance.
