In Padang Bai, please check in at the Freebird Express office in Padang Bai (it is a shared office with Wanderlust).
In Gili Trawangan, please check-in at the Freebird Express office located next to Ocean 2 Gili Trawangan.
In Gili Air, please check-in at the Freebird Express counter at the Gili Air Harbour.
In Bangsal, please check-in at the Freebird Express counter at Bangsal Harbour.
Luggage allowance
The maximum allowance per passenger is up to 25kg check in (of usual proportions) and a hand carry baggage.
Bali transfers
Transfers are available to/from Padang Bai Harbour to various destinations.
You can opt for a sharing shuttle service to/from Amed, Tulamben, and Kubu.
Alternatively, there's a private car transfer option to/from Amed, Tulamben, Kubu, or even Lovina.

For cancellations made 5 days or more before departure, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
NOTE: In high season (July - August), this period is doubled to 10 days. - For cancellation made less than 5 days prior to boat departure or for no show, the full ticket price will be charged.
- If you wish to change your travel dates, you can do this for free (subject to availability), up to 48hrs before departure.
- If you need to change your route or boat carrier entirely, simply contact us direct for assistance, bearing the above refund policy in mind.
