The water surrounding the Gili Islands offers an amazing array of marine life that will captivate divers of all levels, apart from the thousands of species of fish, you will see turtles, cuttlefish, stingrays, sharks, morays, and much more.

What can I expect if I book a Fun dive package?
With Manta Dive offering at least 3 dives a day (and night dives) its up to you when you dive. Spread your dive package over a week or do it all in a couple days, its up to you. Manta Dives experienced staff will advise the best dives for your level of experience and will make sure you see a variety of dive sites and aquatic life. You will be led by an experienced Dive Guide on a 60 minute dive and will return to the dive center within 2 hours. There is a maximum of 4 divers per guide and you will be split up according to experience, air consumption and certification level. Open Water Dive Certification is required for this activity.
With these Dive Packages you will be able to go diving for a set amount of times within the clear blue waters surrounding the Gili’s with great visibility, a pleasant water temperature and many dive sites just waiting to be explored.

General terms for operation
PLEASE NOTE - there is no pickup available from your hotel - just make your own way to Manta Dive Gili Trawangan.
- Boat Dives go out at least 3 times a day (with seasonal variations on timings), night dives every few days depending on demand.
- Free drinking water is available at the dive center and on the boats
- Manta Dive staff will receive your booking and send an addditional confirmation within 24hrs.
Fun Diving Terms & Conditions
Requirements
- Be at least 10 years old & able to follow your instructor’s guidance
- Hold a valid Open Water Diver certification (18m) or higher.
- Provide your current certification level and number of logged dives.
- Complete a Medical Statement* before diving. If you answer "Yes" to any medical question, written clearance from a doctor is required before arrival.
- Have valid dive insurance covering diving activities.
- Be able to swim proficiently.
Diving Requirements & Safety
- Certified divers who have not dived within the last 6 months must complete a Scuba Review before participating in fun dives.
- All diving activities are subject to the dive professional's assessment of your experience, ability, and prevailing conditions.
Bookings & Fees
- Fun dive prices include all equipment, dive guide, and boat fees.
- Fun dive prices exclude the Marine Park Fee (Rp100,000 per person), payable on-site.
