Island Hopping: When you buy a ticket for Scoot between Bali and Lombok or the Gili Islands you have the option to hop off on Nusa Lembongan en-route. Be aware that this does not mean that you may also stop at other islands - only Lembongan and your final destination is covered on this ticket type. Once you have booked, just send Scoot an email (contact info printed on your ticket) with the details of your Lembongan island hopping request. They will then arrange and confirm with you accordingly.
All services depart from Sanur beach, hotel transfers can be added during the booking process to and from most areas in South Bali, including Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur, Ubud Center, Legian, Nusa Dua, Tuban, Jimbaran, kerobokan, and Denpasar, Canggu (as far northwest as the Canggu club) and Uluwatu. Hotel pick up times vary depending on location but can be up to 1 and half hours before departure time. If your hotel is outside of the above area and you would like Scoot Cruises to pick you up there will be an additional charge. Contact detailis will be on your e-tickets. If you´re arranging your own transprt then checkin time is half an hour before departure time. Pickup and drop offs are also included in Lombok for Senggigi and Mataram areas only.

Full ticket price will be charged for no-shows and for cancellations made within 48hrs prior to departure. For cancellations made outside 48hrs but withing 14 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges). A full refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges) is granted in all other cases.
Exceptions can be considered in cases of illness etc., if doctor's notes/other proof can be provided. Contact Scoot using the details found on your e-tickets if you wish to change your travel dates. You can do so for free (subject to availability), up to 48hrs prior to departure. If you need to change your route or boat carrier entirely, please contact us direct for assistance, bearing in mind the above mentioned refund policy.
Luggage allowance: Staff has to be able to lift your suitcase onto the boat. Very heavy suitcases could be charged extra.
