Departure by boat is from Bangsal harbour, hotel transfers to and from Sengiggi, Kuta (Lombok) and Mataram can also be added during the booking process. Hotel pick up times vary but are typically 45 minutes prior to checkin time. Contact details will be on your e-tickets. If you´re arranging your own transport then you need to arrive 30mins prior to departure for check in.

Full ticket price will be charged for no-shows and for cancellations made within 48hrs prior to departure. For cancellations made outside 48hrs but withing 14 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges). A full refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges) is granted in all other cases.
Exceptions can be considered in cases of illness etc., if doctor's notes/other proof can be provided. Contact Scoot using the details found on your e-tickets if you wish to change your travel dates. You can do so for free (subject to availability), up to 48hrs prior to departure. If you need to change your route or boat carrier entirely, please contact us direct for assistance, bearing in mind the above mentioned refund policy.
Luggage allowance: Staff has to be able to lift your suitcase onto the boat. Very heavy suitcases could be charged extra.
