Gili Cat operate two boats from Bali to the Gili Islands.  Gili Cat 2 is the main fast boat operating the route from Bali to the Gili Islands and this operates in tandem with Gili Cat 1. Free hotel transfers

Gili Cat fast boat make daily departures from Padang Bai direct to Lombok and the Gili Islands. Estimated time at sea is 90 minutes, dependant on sea conditions. If you´re staying in south Bali all prices include a  free pick up/ drop from the following areas: Kerobokan, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua at 06:30-07:00, and Sanur, central Ubud at 07:00-07:30. Drive time approx 1 - 1 1/2 hours to Padang Bai from Kuta area.

Please note there will be an additional charge for pick up / drop off outside these areas. This is charged per car for up to 4 people, and payment can be made on the day you travel. For Candidasa the cost is 320,000rps (US$ 25), for Uluwatu and Balangan 380,000rps (US$30), for Tanah Lot and Tabanan 580,000rps (US$45) and for Tulamben and Amed 645,000rps (US$50). Outside of Ubud Central, in the surrounding areas around Ubud, the following surcharges apply: Safari Lodge, Bagus Jati and Rice Terrace Tegallalang is 580,000rps ($45), while Natura Resort and Tanah Merah cost 380,000rps ($30). If you´re arranging your own transport then note that checkin time is half an hour before departure time.

On the way to the Gili Islands the boat will stop in Lombok for approx 10 Minutes, arrival is approximately 10:45 and the boat will leave at approx 11:00 for Gili Air, followed by Gili Trawangan.  On the return journey the fast boat will leave Gili Trawangan at 12:00, sailing non-stop to Bali (Padang Bai) and arriving at 13:30.

Note:  The boat will stop momentarily in Gili Air and Lombok to pick up and drop off passengers on the way to Gili Trawangan.

Built in Australia to international survey standard Gilicat II is an alumunium monohull which carries 32 passengers and is powered by the latest in outboard engine technology - Suzuki 300 HP four strokes.
